Packaging Materials
Our packaging team ensures that all the raw materials are certified by the World Health Organization, GMP, and ISO 9001. After that, each product packaging materials and process to obtain raw materials go through the QC department to conform to set norms about a host of critical parameters like:
•    Medical grade, non-toxic materials
•    By all regulatory requirements
•    Adequate oxygen and moisture barrier properties.
•    Consistent in quality
•    Printed shipper available on request
Packaging is the prerequisite before it is supplied and exported to various overseas countries. During shipping, products could get exposed to unsuitable environment, thus,  adequate barrier arrangements from oxygen and moisture are maintained. With packaging, labelling is equally important as the identity of a product, and this job is done with excellence. Satyam Medicare has a vast storage area where different types of packages are stored at suitable temperatures.
Highly Qualified Machines and Workforce
First and foremost, 80% of the packaging department is automated to avoid human interference and maintain medicinal quality. The whole unit has multiple sub-units to cater to different forms of medicines and their packaging. We have a dedicated staff for the maintenance of the machines.
